Swole Planet

This is a guide to help you build a body that’s functional and fit, while at the same time building a planet that is more sustainable and equitable. This can be done as an omnivore, vegan, paleo eater, and anywhere in between. Swole Planet is where we can consider biceps and abs alongside greenhouse gas emissions and farmworker welfare.
